Leeds United will be desperate to enjoy a rich vein of form after the international break, with promotion to the Premier League well within their sights.
The Whites have been rather impressive in the current campaign under Marcelo Bielsa as they continue to hunt down an automatic promotion place.
However, they’ve dropped off the pace slightly in recent times as a mixture of injuries and complacency setting in has them struggling for form.
So, they’ll already be looking forward to the January transfer window, with a number of impressive additions being required in what will be a long, tiring Championship campaign.
With that in mind, Leeds United will win the league if these TWO stars join…
Leeds United are currently light on options at the heart of the defence, with Pontus Jansson, Gaetano Berardi and Liam Cooper currently at his disposal.
Reece Oxford has spent time in Germany gaining a lot of exposure and his ability to play as a central defender or as a midfielder would solve a couple of issues for Bielsa.
And, he is currently being wasted in West Ham United’s youth ranks, so it may be rather easy to lure him away during the January transfer window.
Mbaye Diagne is one of the hottest topics in Europe at this moment in time, having notched eight goals in eight games for Turkish Super Lig side Kasimpasa.
With strength and pace along with the versatility to play on the flanks, the Senegalese striker has a huge future ahead of him and would be a great fit at Elland Road. Also, Patrick Bamford and Kemar Roofe have already spent time out on the sidelines this season, so bringing in another attacker would do no harm.
