Derby County will return to Championship action on Friday night when they travel to Elland Road to face leaders Leeds United.
Frank Lampard’s side will be looking to keep their promotion charge alive and will want to take advantage of the poor form their opponents have recently been in.
However, the Rams will know that they will need to be a lot better than they were when the two sides met in the second game of the season – having suffered a 4-1 defeat.
Harry Wilson is thought to be a doubt for the clash as he struggles to be fit for the clash with the Championship leaders.
The Liverpool loanee was absent for Derby’s FA Cup draw against Southampton last weekend with the knock that he picked up against Middlesbrough on New Year’s Day.
Scott Malone also remains doubtful, however, Bradley Johnson is in contention to return after serving his five-match ban.
Wilson has been a key player for the Rams this season, having put in a number of impressive performances since joining on loan this summer.
The news that he remains a doubt for Derby and Lampard will be concerning and they will be hoping that he will be available to play on Friday night.
The Pride Park outfit will surely look to use Leeds’ recent poor form to their advantage and will want to close the gap on their main promotion rivals.
