The number of young talented English players around at the moment is staggering. Every age group side seems to be doing well and the emergence of Jack Clarke at Leeds is no surprise. The 17-year-old made his debut off the bench against Brentford and his comments in The Yorkshire Evening Post have only convinced fans further that he’s destined to make it.
"I've never been involved in anything like it. Everyone's just got a willingness to win. They bring it out of each other." Jack Clarke knows his place in the squad at Leeds United after making his senior debut:https://t.co/JKnYOmO7nw

Marcelo Bielsa loves blooding youth. The Argentine gaffer has already see a number of young players get game time this season under his management. Tyler Roberts, Jamie Shackleton, Bailey Peacock-Farrell and Tom Pearce have all been given game time to varying degrees of success and it looks like Clarke is just the next youngster in line to show Elland Road what he’s capable of this season.
The young striker has the ability to make it at the club without a doubt. He’s been dubbed as a future Leeds United #9 by fans previously and now he’ll just ben keen to knuckle down and try to live up the early hype that has been surrounding him. After making his debut against Brentford he’ll only be hungry to continue in the same way and get some more minutes under his belt. It will be a tough road for the youngster to nail down a spot in the first team, but the supporters can’t wait to see him try.

Love that description of standing ready to come one. The dream we all had as kids. To wear that white kit and go out to make your debut at Elland Road. #lufc

What a moment for him. He looked very composed when he came on and had very quick feet. A bright future ahead of him and great to see academy players coming through and fitting in straight away

Got a big future. Hopefully it'll be at Leeds United and not Bournemouth or Burnley
