Leeds fans are in dreamland at the moment. The club has won four and drawn three of their seven matches and are the only side who are yet to taste defeat. It could have been very different, though, as it took an 89th minute Jack Harrison effort to gain a point at The Den on Saturday. That strike has been named as the Championship’s goal of the week and The Whites are buzzing.

Jack Harrison had a tough start to life at Leeds, he failed to make an impact off the bench in his first three games for the club against Stoke, Swansea and Norwich and he only managed a combined 57 minutes in those matches. However, he’s played the full 90 in consecutive games against Middlesbrough and Millwall now and he looks to be finding his feet, as we all saw with his strike against the London club.
Leeds are set to face Preston later this evening and then Birmingham on Saturday and Marcelo Bielsa will be keen to extend his unbeaten run in the league to nine games after these two clashes. If that is to happen he’ll need some more magic from Harrison, especially seeing as his squad is looking a bit thin with injuries. Kemar Roofe, Patrick Bamford, Pablo Hernandez, Jamie Shackleton and Gaetano Berardi are all out and it will be up to the likes of Jack Harrison to help pull them through.

Brilliant. Does Cooper get an assist? (Even if it was the one from the dark side!) We should also get a comment from Harris on Harrison.

The fans obviously enjoyed Harrison’s strike and will be keen to see him on the scoresheet in the weeks to come.
