Following such an impressive start to the season whereby Leeds United still top the table after 16 games into the Championship, Marcelo Bielsa has reason to be satisfied with his current squad, stating transfer business in January would be “very difficult”. The Argentine boss added (via Phil Hay): “But we will have four more players coming in January: Bamford, Brown, Ayling and Beradi.” Leeds have suffered quite heavily with injuries this season, however, they have managed to weather the storm that they could have caused and with many faces set to return around the time of the transfer window, it only seems logical to keep using the squad that has served him so well so far this season. His comments have certainly got Leeds fans talking.
Transfer business in January will be "very difficult", Marcelo Bielsa admits, as he insists again that he's happy with Leeds United's table-topping squad:https://t.co/z3mEift7LI

With that in mind, let’s see what their fans make of the comments.
Quite a few Leeds fans disagreed with Bielsa and felt they need new faces.
Think we really need to add to this squad in January, we struggle when we have loads of injuries. Need cover in a lot of areas, otherwise think we’ll struggle

Heard this every January since the Ken Bates days, was hoping this season would be a bit different. The championship is wide open this season, we’ve an outstanding chance, come April I hope we’ve no regrets.

Would like a back up for defence and a consistent striker but you can’t always have what you want

Only a couple of fans were in agreeance with Bielsa, but his experience should help in making the decision.
He's not wrong. Teams don't/won't want to sell good players in January

I thought we needed to add 11 first team players last summer and look how that’s turned out. I’m pretty confident that he knows what he’s doing. Buying for sake of it could disrupt the harmony of the dressing room.

One other fan logically thought that even if he did want new signings, he wouldn’t voice that to the public.
He’s not going to come out in the press and say he needs to cover here and there. Gives his players confidence hearing what he’s saying. I’m sure he can see that we need cover and even to improve in certain areas even.
