Leeds have made a brilliant start to this season but fans realise they still have to keep this up for more than half a season.
Last year is the perfect example of this, seeing as Leeds were in 5th place at Christmas, whilst they then finished 13th after enduring a torrid run of form.
Right now it seems like Marcelo Bielsa would not allow that sort of lapse in concentration and Leeds may really be heading back to the top flight.
To put them closer to achieving their goal, the Peacocks should think about recruiting another striker to come in and offer even more of a goal-threat for Leeds.
Someone like Liverpool’s Dominic Solanke would be a great option considering how the Reds have turned against using him this season.
Solanke, who is valued at £9 million on Transfermarkt, joined Liverpool from Chelsea last summer with plenty of hype surrounding him.
Having been scoring goals for fun with the youth team at Chelsea plus when he went on-loan to Vitesse, Solanke seemed to be a striker Jurgen Klopp could nurture into being one of the best around.
To put it bluntly, that hasn’t happened as with just two goals in 30 appearances last season, Solanke’s impact at Anfield has been minimal.
Alongside the likes of Kemar Roofe and Patrick Bamford, adding Dominic Solanke into the mix would give Leeds an array of options considering the attributes of each player.
With a loan move to Leeds, Solanke could not only forget about his poor Liverpool start but also provide the goals for the Peacocks to help them really push for promotion.
