Leeds United will be preparing for their trip to Ewood Park on Saturday lunchtime when they meet Blackburn Rovers.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side will be looking to get back to winning ways and will want to put pressure on their promotion rivals to continue picking up points.
However, it appears that he has had some frustrating news as he plans for the away trip at the weekend.
The Manchester City loanee is thought to have picked up a muscular injury and although it is not believed to be too serious, Bielsa expects him to miss the next couple of games.
“Well, actually we have some players who will miss the game,” he told Leeds Live.
“Douglas, Harrison, Ayling. We always have an average of four or five players missing, but it’s important these three we mentioned came back.
“[It’s a] muscular injury. It’s not serious injury because he will be back next week, but this will prevent him from playing the next two matches.”
When it comes to the injury front, it appears that Leeds and Bielsa just cannot appear to catch a break.
As the Argentine mentioned, he never seems to have a full squad available, but yet they have managed to cope extremely well considering many had felt it was a little thin in places as the season got underway.
Harrison will have been looking on improving on his performances for the Whites, however, with Pablo Hernandez now back available, he may not have been in the starting line-up for the game against Blackburn anyways.
