Leeds United will restart their Championship campaign with an away trip to Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.
The Whites travel to Ewood Park for the lunch-time kick-off as Marcelo Bielsa’s side will look to put pressure on the rest of the division to get points in the later games.
A number of players are likely to make their return to the side after having missed out due to injuries, however, there were doubts over one man’s possible involvement.
There is some uncertainty about whether Pontus Jansson will be available for the game at Ewood Park, as his wife is currently having their baby, whilst an impending FA charge is thought to be looming.
However, the Swede appears to have dropped the biggest hint yet suggesting that he could feature for the Elland Road outfit.
Taking to Instagram, using the “story” feature, the defender posted a photo of himself on what looks to be an aeroplane, with the caption “Saturday 12.30”.
It should be noted that the game kicks off at 12.00, however, it does look as though he is on his way to meet up with his team-mates.
Leeds fans will be delighted to see the update from Jansson and will be encouraged that he will be in the team for their game against Blackburn on Saturday.
There could be a sense of confusion over the time he eluded to, however, that is likely just to be a mistake on the Swede’s part.
Despite an FA charge thought to be coming his way, it is understood that it will likely be a fine rather than a ban after the comments he made following their draw against Brentford prior to the international break.
