Portsmouth will be looking to extend their lead at the top of League One when they travel to the Ricoh Arena and face Coventry City on Tuesday night.
Kenny Jackett’s side returned to the summit with a 3-1 win against AFC Rochdale at the weekend, taking them a point ahead of Peterborough United.
Coventry will provide Pompey with a tough test as they managed to hold Sunderland to a draw on Saturday and the south coast outfit will want to make sure they are up to the challenge.
Andre Green, who joined the club from Aston Villa on a temporary deal, is still thought to be struggling with a knee injury.
The winger has only been able to make two appearances since being at Fratton Park before being troubled with the concerning problem.
Pompey will also be without Dion Donohue as he is not yet ready to feature for the first-team despite having returned to training from a hamstring injury.
Anton Walkes could miss out on the trip as Jackett decided to leave the former Tottenham Hotspur man out of his squad for the victory against Rochdale at the weekend.
Portsmouth will be feeling confident that they can get the three points from the trip to the Ricoh Arena.
Jackett’s side are currently the only side in League One to still be unbeaten, although they will be aware of the test Coventry will pose, considering they held Sunderland to a point at the weekend.
Their record against the Sky Blues away from home has not been great, as they are winless in their last four visits to the Ricoh Arena.
