Queens Park Rangers will be looking to advance to the next round of the League Cup on Tuesday evening, although they face a difficult away trip.
Blackpool are currently on a seven-match unbeaten run in League One, whilst Steve McClaren will be looking for his side to bounce back from their first defeat in five games.
The Loftus Road outfit were beaten by Norwich City in the Championship and the former England manager will be keen to see his team to avoid an upset in the third round of the competition.
Geoff Cameron is available for the Rs after he sat out of the defeat to the Canaries as he remained an unused substitute, although the Stoke City loanee had played the full match against Millwall, in which they were victorious.
However, McClaren will have a number of doubts for the trip to Bloomfield Road, with the likes of Angel Rangel (groin), Darnell Furlong (knee) and Sean Goss (back) all touch-and-go.
Olamide Shodipo and Grant Hall are definitely unavailable for the Londoners with long-term absences.
QPR will be looking to advance to the next round of the League Cup but will need to be wary of the challenge from Blackpool.
Both sides have had respectable league runs recently, however, the defeat to Norwich could play a role in how McClaren’s side decide to set up and approach the encounter.
Having Cameron available will be a boost to the side, although should the trio of Rangel, Furlong and Goss all be able to make a return as well, the Rs should be looking fairly good for a place in the next round of the competition.
