Sheffield Wednesday will turn their attention to the FA Cup on Saturday when they meet Luton Town at Hillsborough.
The Owls have turned things around over the festive period and have since been unbeaten in the four matches following Jos Luhukay’s dismissal.
However, Wednesday – who are now managed by Steve Bruce – will need to be at their best for a game against a potentially tricky opponent.
The Hosts, however, will be encouraged by the news that has emerged ahead of their meeting with The Hatters.
Luton are currently flying high in League One and find themselves battling for an automatic promotion spot to the Championship.
The Kenilworth Road outfit have not tasted defeat in their last 14 matches, a run that stretches all the way back to mid-October.
Sheffield Wednesday have certainly started to rediscover their form and have been producing a number of impressive results along the way.
The Owls will be keen to keep that momentum going on Saturday and will do all they can to ensure they do not suffer a slip up against Luton.
With a tough Championship match against Hull City at the weekend, it would not be a surprise to see the side changed following their New Year’s Day draw with Birmingham City.
