The Sheffield Wednesday fans in The Transfer Tavern are discussing comments made by one of their star performers so far this season about life at the club.
HITC is reporting that Barry Banann is enjoying life at Sheffield Wednesday and is happy to have made the move north from Crystal Palace during the summer transfer window.
Banann has been in inspired form for the club along with Ross Wallace, who also made the move to Sheffield from Burnley in the summer.
Bannan has created 20 chances in his 10 Championship games to date, and is thankful to fellow winger Ross Wallace for assisting him so well in settling into life at the Yorkshire club. Speaking about Wallace, Bannan said:
“Ross has been brilliant. He’s played a big part in most of our goals this season and he’s chipped in with a few himself.”
“Ross has done really well, and he’s helped me settle in at Hillsborough because it’s been great to have a fellow Scot in the club. We get on really well, so it’s been great to see him doing so well.”
The Sheffield Wednesday fans in The Transfer Tavern are delighted by Banann’s comments, and look forward to both him and Wallace performing well for the rest of the season, as the club looks for promotion to the Premier League.
