Sheffield Wednesday will be looking to bounce back from their defeat to Middlesbrough on Friday when they meet Queens Park Rangers on Tuesday night.
The Owls travel to Loftus Road searching for the three points to put themselves back in contention of the promotion hunt in the Championship.
Jos Luhukay’s side have been playing well and will want to see a reaction as they look at the game against Boro as a blip in their recent form.
However, that does mean that Sheffield Wednesday will be without a few of their key players for the Championship outing.
Fernando Forestieri, Joost van Aken and Marco Matias remain absent, whilst Sam Winnall had a further setback in his recovery from a serious knee injury playing for the Under-23s.
Sheffield Wednesday will be looking to bounce back quickly on Tuesday night, however, their injury concerns continue to pile up.
The Owls will once again be without a number of key players for the trip to QPR and Luhukay will be hoping that he has the squad to be able to cope with the problems they face.
With the Championship table as it is currently, they will know the three points could potentially lift them into the playoffs, although a defeat could drag them towards the bottom four.
