These 2 Wolves wonderkids really need to prove it next season

Wolverhampton Wanderers fans here in the Tavern are hoping for a successful first season back in the Premier League, as supporters are expecting a busy summer transfer window.

Nuno Espirito Santo has worked wonders at Molineux in the current campaign as his side managed to secure the Championship title with ease. But, his hard work won’t stop there as the club will look to bring in a number of players over the course of the summer transfer window, with a top half finish being eyed up by many of our local residents.

However, the Portuguese boss may uncover a couple more hidden talents in the next campaign, as the club’s youngsters will be desperate to make a name for themselves in the Premier League. So, having witnessed Morgan Gibbs-White’s rise to stardom this season, there’s an incentive for youth players to raise their game.

Nevertheless, these TWO Wolves wonderkids need to prove it next season…

Bright Enobakhare

Bright Enobakhare has enjoyed his breakthrough season in the Championship this season, and he even managed to rip Manchester City’s defence apart in their Carabao Cup clash at the Etihad.

Although, the Nigerian did lose his way after the January transfer window as Espirito Santo opted for proven quality, but he still could play a big part in the club’s future after a rather impressive campaign.

It’s yet to be seen as to whether the forward will be sent out on loan or given a chance next season, so he may not have much time left to prove his worth.

Connor Ronan

The 20-year-old is undoubtedly one of the most promising players at the club at this moment in time, having proved his worth in the Championship during former manager Paul Lambert’s reign.

However, he is currently out on loan at Portsmouth until the end of the season as there is no place for him in the Wolves midfield.

So, the central midfielder does still need to prove that he has what it takes to produce quality performances at the club, as a move to the Premier League may prove too difficult for the youngster.
