West Brom will be hoping their start to the season gives fans hope that they’re on their way back into the top flight having suffered a disastrous relegation last season.
With a number of notable performances so far from all involved with the club, West Brom are looking like a team with great potential to get promoted into the Premier League once again.
Darren Moore has enjoyed a great time as manager and should his team continue to perform then West Brom will continue to be a side among the highest and best in the league.
Improvements could be made during the course of the January transfer window and a right-back is a position identified as something that could be improved upon, with squad depth and quality being supplied by Tottenham’s Kyle Walker-Peters.
Walker-Peters, (who is valued at £2.7 million on Transfermarkt) has proven that when given an opportunity he could thrive on the big stage but as a player for Tottenham, chances have come few and far between.
It was an amazing start to the season last year that caught the eye of many, filling the void of Kyle Walker, who left for Manchester City. Fans didn’t think they would miss him though due to the rise and star performances from Walker-Peters but this season is the prime example that he is unlikely to ever be given such a chance for Spurs again, with Kieran Trippier and Serge Aurier ahead of him in the pecking order.
West Brom on the other hand, are a team that could do well to bring in a pacey full-back like Kyle Walker-Peters to contest with Craig Dawson, who has been a solid player for them over the years but has never faced a significant challenge for spaces.Like what the TT have on offer?
