West Brom will be hoping that Darren Moore has the quality to help bring the Baggies back up into the Premier League.
Currently, they sit in 5thplace, a position that would earn them a place in the play-offs at the end of the season if they can remain there.
With the Championship renowned for being unpredictable and extremely challenging at the best of times, West Brom could still have a huge task on their hands to gain entry back into the top flight.
Especially now that they’re filled with worrying news that Harvey Barnes could be re-called to Leicester in January, West Brom must quickly establish further attacking quality that they could sign, for example, Benfica’s Filip Krovinovic.
Krovinovic, who is valued at £6.3 million on Transfermarkt, is a talent wasted currently at Benfica.
With just three measly appearances all season, Krovinovic is unable to improve with that little game-time.
He joined the Portuguese giants in the summer of 2017 and made 19 appearances that season, bolstering two goals and an assist during the limited starts he made.
Now his game-time has been heavily knocked back again but he could rekindle his touch with the game by moving to England and specifically West Brom.
The Croatian midfielder can play as an attacking-midfieder or out wide, options that would surely help West Brom in the draining Championship season.
With experience of winning a lot of games with Benfica, his mentality can be shared around the West Brom changing room, giving hope to all that they can achieve promotion.
Most importantly though, Filip Krovinovic is a talented 23-year-old that given the chance, could make his mark on English football.
