West Brom have started the season in impressive form as they seek to clinch an immediate return to the Premier League, but with time still remaining to bolster their options this month there's no doubt that Darren Moore should be looking to complete a handful of deals.

Indeed, West Brom's squad is looking rather sparse ahead of a long-winded and gruelling Championship season, so they should be looking to both add new talent to their ranks before the window slams shut and also finally offload Nacer Chadli - a player who has seemed destined for departure for the entirety of the summer window.

According to a recent report from Birmingham Live, a fee in the region of £15 million should be enough to convince the Baggies board to negotiate a sale, and whilst plenty of transfer windows remain open across Europe in the likes of Germany, France and Spain there is every chance a deal can be completed.

Although the club naturally would like to keep a player of Chadli's calibre, it seems a move away from the club is something of an inevitability and the sooner a deal is complete the better.

In terms of bringing new players into the club, Moore should be alerted to the fact that Crystal Palace's Jason Puncheon is available for a loan switch this summer according to the London Evening Standard.

The report claims that Roy Hodgson is willing to allow Puncheon to depart before August 31st in order to acquire first-team football opportunities following his lengthy spell on the sideline with a cruciate ligament injury.

With 193 Premier League appearances to his name, it's fair to describe Puncheon as something of a top-flight veteran, and his experience at the top level would certainly add a significant layer of quality to Moore's options in attack.

With the versatility to operate on both wings and as a number ten, Puncheon would offer plenty of options for the Baggies throughout the season and his direct style of dribbling would serve as a menace to Championship defenders.

Time is running out for West Brom to complete their squad for their promotion push, so they must seek to offload Chadli as soon as possible whilst simultaneously doing everything in their power to bring Puncheon to the Hawthorns.
