The winger has joined the Baggies on a deal until the end of the season and is thought to have impressed during his two-week trial at the club.
However, Moore could be without Matt Phillips for the trip to Hillsborough as the wideman will need to be assessed following a muscle strain.
Dwight Gayle would have been a concern at the weekend after he had to leave the victory against Preston North End, however, it is expected that he will be able to feature.
West Brom will want to continue their winning ways in the Championship this season, although Sheffield Wednesday could prove to be a difficult affair.
It is unlikely that Sako will make his full debut for the Hawthorns outfit, although Moore could look to use the Mali international in the game.
Gayle being deemed fit will be positive news for the Baggies, as he and Jay Rodriguez have proved a handful for Championship defences this season and will be crucial to their efforts in trying to get the three points.
