# Tottenham: Fans take to Twitter to marvel at rumoured third kit

**Last season saw Tottenham make history playing in their memorable third kit, beating Manchester City and Ajax in the quarter and semi-finals of the Champions League in their standout green attire, and this season the rumoured third kit is just as bold.**

Tottenham fan account Last Word On Spurs tweeted the picture of the supposed kit that the Lilywhites are set to wear in European competition this season, claiming it had been seen on sale in US Nike stores, and if it is the strip the club are set to use, the fans absolutely love it.

You’ll see exactly what they think of the bright blue kit in the tweets below, although for the kit to truly become a classic it will be down to how well the Lilywhites perform in it when they travel in the Champions League, with [the draw set for August 29th](https://www.uefa.com/uefachampionsleague/season=2020/draws/round=2001140/) when Spurs find out who their first opponents will be.
