Kane missed the Premier League game away to Everton after he suffered an illness, however, the club’s top scorer has now recovered and has made the flight for their game tomorrow, [according to The Evening Standard](https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/tottenham/tottenham-boost-as-harry-kane-recovers-from-virus-in-time-for-champions-league-trip-to-belgrade-a4278981.html).

The 43-cap, [as per Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/harry-kane/leistungsdaten/spieler/132098), England international has been the go-to man for the Lilywhites this season, notching up 10 goals and an assist in just 13 games across all competitions [(via Transfermarkt)](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/harry-kane/leistungsdaten/spieler/132098).

After breaking down in tears on the blue half of Merseyside, it seems [Heung-Min Son](https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/tottenham/tottenham-boost-as-harry-kane-recovers-from-virus-in-time-for-champions-league-trip-to-belgrade-a4278981.html) has recovered as he too made the flight this morning.

Spurs go into the game off the back of their 5-0 win over Belgrade in the last group game and sit in second place in the group behind Bayern Munich.

Fans were thrilled with the return of their captain as they took to Twitter to react. Here is a selection of tweets from the Spurs fans:
