# Tottenham Hotspur: Jamie O’Hara tips Harry Kane to leave Spurs

**Speaking to[talkSPORT](https://twitter.com/talkSPORT/status/1329391471020052480), pundit Jamie O’Hara has tipped Spurs to lose Harry Kane unless Jose Mourinho can win a trophy in the next two seasons – with the ex-Tottenham man claiming ‘he’ll move on’.**

Kane, who has been a mainstay for Spurs ever since bursting on to the scene over half a decade ago, has also been crucial to Mourinho this season alongside fellow star attacker Son Heung-min.

### Spurs tipped to lose Kane

The pair have formed a devastating partnership going forward, with the Englishman bagging seven goals and a massive eight assists this season ([WhoScored](https://www.whoscored.com/Teams/30/Show/England-Tottenham)).

However, has Tottenham’s quest for silverware continues, O’Hara has warned Spurs that they face losing Kane unless the club can win a trophy in the next two years.

“Spurs need to win a title or an FA Cup to keep Kane at the club,” explained O’Hara to[talkSPORT.](https://www.whoscored.com/Teams/30/Show/England-Tottenham)

“If it goes another couple of seasons without a trophy he’ll move on.”

“Spurs need to back the manager & make sure we win something.”

### Transfer Tavern take

Described as ‘[fundamental](https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/football/2020/jun/24/harry-kane-fundamental-to-tottenham-says-mourinho-after-west-ham-win)‘ by Mourinho, Kane is certainly the driving force going forward alongside Son, helped by the fact he isn’t selfish and can provide for his teammates.

The 27-year-old’s assist record is shining example of that, and coupled with his proficiency in front of goal, he is a crucial asset to Spurs.

Mourinho also hailed him as a ‘[magnificent](https://talksport.com/football/786136/jose-mourinho-harry-kane-tottenham-premier-league-goal/)‘, with there potentially being a danger he may leave the club unless Tottenham can bring medals to north London.
