Tottenham assistant coach Cristian Stellini has seemingly called upon a new bright young teenager with goalkeeper Josh Keeley spotted in first team training.

The Lowdown: Spurs academy thriving...

Spurs starlets are consistently emerging from Hotspur Way, as evidenced by the upward trajectories of both Oliver Skipp and Dane Scarlett in recent seasons.

The latter has enjoyed brilliant flashes of form on loan at Portsmouth this season while the former has been impressing for Spurs in place of the injured Rodrigo Bentancur and Yves Bissouma.

Young goalkeeper Alfie Whiteman has also recently put pen to paper on a new deal with the club, indicating that the Spurs academy is currently thriving.

The Latest: Keeley spotted in Spurs training...

As relayed by football.london journalist Rob Guest, Stellini has called up another promising young shot-stopper in Keeley to first team training this week.

The journalist adds that Keeley 'looks to make a big name for himself at the club in the future' after he signed from St. Patrick's Athletic last summer.

The Verdict: Good talent...

Keeley swapped Dublin for London in 2022, making what he described as a dream move across the UK to one of Premier League football's biggest clubs.

The 19-year-old has displayed plenty of promise at Under-21 level for Spurs, making 12 Premier League 2 appearances across 22/23 and catching the eyes of development staff.

A Republic of Ireland Under-21 international, Keeley signed his first contract as a professional player way back in January 2021 - perhaps highlighting his sky high potential.

The unseen teenager, yet to make his full senior debut, had a chance to display his full skill in front of Stellini and Spurs coaches this week and he could be one to keep an eye on over these next few years.
