As shared by talkSPORT live on air, it appears some absolutely huge news for Tottenham Hotspur supporters has now come to light regarding their possible next manager.

The Lowdown: Conte fires shots...

Spurs head coach Antonio Conte, amid the club's topsy-turvy run of form, has openly thrown out suggestions hinting at a possible departure - most notably after the 1-0 defeat at Burnley recently.

While backtracking on those comments since then, some sources have claimed that Tottenham and chairman Daniel Levy have ex-boss and Paris-Saint Germain coach Mauricio Pochettino in mind if Conte were to leave (The Telegraph).

Sharing news on that front, broadcast giant talkSPORT and their presenter, Alan Brazil, have just made an absolutely major claim.

The Latest: Brazil shares huge news for Spurs fans...

As per Brazil, speaking live on talkSPORT, the fan favourite ex-manager has his heart set on a return to Spurs and 'wants' to re-join the club - even despite PSG chief Leonardo saying he isn't going anywhere.

"Man United have been warned by PSG sporting director that Pochettino has no intention of leaving Paris, well I'll tell you right now, that is not the case," Brazil explained.

"From the horse's mouth, he wants to come back to the Premier, and he wants to come back with Tottenham.

"He wants to come back to Spurs, I'm not saying it's going to happen, but that's what he wants.

"I do know, in his heart, he wants to come back to Spurs."

The Verdict: Big...

This is undoubtedly big news for Spurs fans going by their relationship with Pochettino and the Argentine's extreme popularity at the club.

In terms of a possible future heir to Conte, we believe there is hardly anyone better suited, especially considering the former Saints boss' experience in the Premier League and encourages a brand of open, attacking football.

He also has proven ability in making the most of a fairly tight transfer budget and may well be able to get the very best out of certain players in the Tottenham squad.
