Spurs fans, do you remember who scored your first goal of the season against Man City?

Indeed, the Lilywhites are also apparently in ongoing talks to sign Toffees striker Richarlison this summer ahead of Conte’s first full Premier League season in charge.

Amid these discussions, it is believed by some sources that Spurs’ centre-back hunt is also continuing in the back ground.

Now, sharing some news on the north Londoners’ transfer plans, Sky back that Gordon is now on the radar amid other similar claims.

The Latest: Sky Sports share Gordon news…

As per the broadcast giant and their reporter Michael Bridge, a ‘new name’ is on Tottenham’s radar in the 21-year-old.

Sky explained:

“There’s a package deal being discussed between Richarlison and Anthony Gordon, that is a new name for Tottenham Hotspur.

“Tottenham want younger English players, that’s a target this summer as well, they’re very ambitious this summer, obviously they’re back in the Champions League, but they need to sort out their homegrown quota and that’s something they’re looking at.”

The Verdict: Keep pushing?

Gordon stands out as a really incredible up-and-coming talent with manager Frank Lampard having shown no shortage of praise towards the winger.

Former Liverpool midfielder Danny Murphy also branded the starlet a ‘super talent‘ with Gordon’s reputation seemingly showing no sign of slowing down.

If Tottenham can somehow pull off his signing, it could be one of the shock moves of the window.
