Our Wolves fans here in the Transfer Tavern have certainly seen plenty of drama at their club over recent weeks and they’re hoping now for a more settled period.
Indeed, after the men from Molineux had a fairly unremarkable league campaign last season the rumours began to grow over Paul Lambert’s future.
Indeed, that culminated in him leaving the Midlands side and now it’s the job of Nuno Espirito Santo to try and get them challenging further up the table.
Of course, that is easier said than done in the second tier but some good signings in the summer window will surely get the fans excited.
Whilst we wait to see who comes in, though, Tim Spiers has reported on Twitter that a deal for Andi Weimann will now not be going ahead – leaving fans to react to that.
Here, then, is the best of what was said:
I understand Wolves’ £1.5m move for Andreas Weimann is off. No permanent deal. #wwfc https://t.co/fYwgrzWvzO pic.twitter.com/iAQ9E6EQMG

No point buying some1 who ain’t prolific.

Poor decision. One of a few who ran his socks off constantly. For that price it would be bargain to have him in the squad.
