West Bromwich Albion are thought to be closing in on the signing of another free agent as they look to improve their squad.
Darren Moore has already added Wes Hoolahan to his ranks as he looks for more creative players and it appears he could be about to add another attacking-minded player to his team.
According to Tim Nash, who is a freelance journalist, Bakary Sako is expected to complete a deal to join the Baggies.
Ex- @Wolves winger @sakobakary26 looks set to be announced as @WBA's latest signing. Sako, 30, underwent a medical at Albion earlier this week. A free agent, he turned down a new deal at @CPFC after his contract ended there this summer and has moved back to the West Midlands.

The former Crystal Palace and Wolverhampton Wanderers winger is thought to have already had a medical and is expected to be confirmed as the latest player to arrive at The Hawthorns imminently.
The 30-year-old is thought to have had a number of options on the table, including a possible return to the Eagles, however, it appears Moore has won the race for his signature.
Although West Brom have a number of attacking players already on their books, Sako could be considered an excellent addition to the side.
The 30-year-old has a proven record when it comes to football at the Championship level, having been a key member of their side that saw him be named in the PFA’s Team of the Year in the 2014-15 campaign.
Things did not quite work out for the Mali international during his time at Selhurst Park, as he was blighted by injuries and will be looking for a fresh start under Moore at The Hawthorns.
