Queens Park Rangers fans in The Transfer Tavern are gathered around the bar discussing reports about a player they were looking into signing.
But now it seems that the move could be dead in the water with the club expected to announce Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink as the club’s new manager, according to reports on HITC.
The attacking midfielder was high on the list of priorities for January transfer targets by former boss Chris Ramsey, and it seemed that the club were also bringing the Englishman back to Loftus Road after a previous spell on loan during the 2013/14 season, in which he scored six goals in 15 appearances for the club.
It all comes down to whether Hasselbaink is interested in bringing the player back to the club, or whether he feels their are better options available for a fraction of the £750,000 fee that Lazio are likely to be seeking for Morrison.
The QPR fans in The Transfer Tavern would like to see Morrison return to the club, but understand that it is up to the new manager whoever he maybe to be in control of the incomings at the club.
