Leeds United supporters will be hopeful that their side can enjoy promotion to the Premier League in the next campaign after a rather disastrous season under former boss Paul Heckingbottom.
Indeed, the Whites could put themselves in a fantastic position to challenge for promotion next season if they can manage to add a couple of players to their squad before the transfer window closes. Interestingly, it looks as if Marcelo Bielsa is attempting to bring in a highly-rated full-back, as according to Bristol Live, Leeds United are interested in signing Bristol City’s Joe Bryan.
It’s understood that Leeds United are interested in Bristol City defender Joe Bryan, who has attracted interest from Middlesbrough, Fulham and Newcastle United.
Bryan is entering the final year of his contract at Ashton Gate and he’s not been prepared to sign a new deal amid interest.
It’s thought that The Robins have been demanding near £10 million for Bryan but could be ready to lower their asking price with the window running out to avoid losing him on the cheap in January.
So, it looks as if Leeds United are interested in signing Joe Bryan this summer as Marcelo Bielsa continues to look at bolstering his squad before the start of next season.
Indeed, with a couple of Premier League clubs interested in the defender it’s going to be very difficult for Leeds United to attract him to Elland Road next season.
