Leeds fans on Twitter delight at rumours of Rafa Mujica deal

Rafa Mujica is not a player who Leeds fans, or many English football fans for that matter, will be aware of. However, the youngster is currently plying his trade with Barcelona B in Spain and as reports are coming forward claiming he could be set to swap Catalonia for Yorkshire, the Whites are getting excited that he could be the new Luciano Becchio.
#LUFC are set to complete the signing of Barcelona B forward Rafa Mujica (20), according to @marca.

Luciano Becchio is still a man who Leeds fans think about with a smile on their faces. The now 35-year-old striker spent four and a half years at Elland Road, racked up 219 games for the club and scored and assisted a combined 106 goals. If the young Rafa Mujica could get anywhere near those kind of numbers then he’ll be a hero but he has some serious shoes to fill if he’s to do so.
The rumours of Mujica’s imminent move from Barcelona to Leeds are coming from Spanish outlet Marca, and whilst the Whites haven’t heard of or ever seen the 20-year-old play football before, they’re fully on board with this one if Marcelo Bielsa wants to add him to his squad. It’s still up in the air whether Leeds will be a Championship or a Premier League side next season, but if Rafa Mujica is truly to be the new Luciano Becchio then he’ll be able to cope with either.

If he has a 5 syllable name he can be a third verse to the Kiko and Hernandez song.

I’d love to think we are already planning ahead ( for a change ) but I doubt very much we will be agreeing any signings until we know what league we will be playing in

The Whites all seem mightily excited by this potential arrival and will be keen to see if the young Spaniard can cut it at Elland Road if he does sign this summer.
