Leeds United fans here in the Tavern are starting to fear the worst after the weekend’s demoralising loss, with errors still needing to be ironed out from within the side.
Indeed Thomas Christiansen has been a busy man this transfer window after already adding Aapo Halme, Laurens De Bock, Adam Forshaw and Yosuke Ideguchi to their ranks. And, it looks as if this trend is set to continue, as according to reports in the Football Insider, Leeds United have agreed a deal to sign highly-rated Leyton Orient striker Sam Dalby.
Indeed, with an 18-year-old Sam Dalby joining Aapo Halme as another young signing, it’s clear to see that Christiansen is very much planning for the future at Leeds United.
The forward is believed to be taking part in a medical tomorrow as he looks to put the finishing touches on a move to Elland Road. After agreeing a two-and-a-half-year deal, that will see him put pen to paper in the next 24 hours.
In current club Leyton Orient’s relegation from the Football League last season he managed to make 17 appearances, after seeing the potential in a 17-year-old that netted on his debut the previous season.
Indeed, with everyone awaiting the club’s official announcement, Leeds United appear to have landed their man, someone who has the potential to become a star in years to come at Elland Road.
Looks to be a promising young player, who under the correct guidance can grow to be a potential star at Elland Road.
Although, Leeds United fans probably won’t see the youngster in the side for a fair few years to come, after only managing to make two appearances in non-league football so far this season.
