Leeds United could see another one of their young players leave the club later this month.
The 19-year-old has been spending time in the Under-23 side at Thorp Arch following his switch from Leyton Orient last January and are believed to be keen to see him get regular first-team football elsewhere.
And, it is understood that Leeds are “very confident” in securing a deal with the League Two outfit by the end of the transfer window.
Dalby is yet to have played a senior game for Leeds since arriving last year and a loan back to League Two could benefit him and the Whites.
The teenager played a handful of games for Leyton Orient last season before his switch and further exposure to the league could help him develop further.
With the Elland Road thought to be “very confident” a deal can be made, it would be fair to assume a deal can be completed way before the transfer window deadline.
