Although, it appears as if one of the club’s stars is attracting interest, as according to Football Insider, Aston Villa, Bournemough and Brighton are tracking Matt Penney.

Aston Villa, Bournemouth and Brighton and Hove Albion are tracking Sheffield Wednesday defender Matt Penney.

Indeed, it’s believed that Bournemouth and Brighton and Hove Albion have sent scouts to watch the impressive youngster, while Villa were impressed with his performance in the Owls’ 2-1 victory at Villa Park last month.

Wednesday have moved to open talks with the youngster over a new deal at Hillsborough amid concern he will leave.

Although, with two Premier League clubs interested in securing the services of the youngster, he may want to have a long, hard think about his decision.
