Nottingham Forest had a busy transfer Deadline Day on Thursday as Martin O’Neill made a number of additions to his squad.
The new manager added the likes of Leo Bonatini, Molla Wague and Pele on loan deals to strengthen his side, however, it appears he could still make a fourth acquisition.
According to The Nottingham Post, Alexander Milosevic continues to remain a target for The Tricky Trees.
The Sweden international defender is out of contract and is free to join a club after leaving AIK at the end of December.
It is understood that there is still some work to be done in trying to bring the enforcer to The City Ground, with a number of other teams holding an interest in the experienced 27-year-old.
Should Nottingham Forest be able to add Milosevic to their squad, it would have been a hugely successful transfer window for O’Neill and his side.
The defender would certainly add some presence to the back line and would be a great option for The Tricky Trees to have as they suffer with a number of injuries.
However, with a number of other clubs interested in the Sweden international, whether Forest can convince him to play Championship football remains to be seen.
