Leeds United will be without Patrick Bamford for a significant period of time and it does not look like the club will consider making any signings to replace him.
According to Phil Hay, he does not expect the Whites to delve into the free transfer market to bring in another attacker to bolster Marcelo Bielsa’s options.
quite a few but I'm not expecting Leeds to go for any of them. Think they'll stick.

At the moment, he currently has just Kemar Roofe as his recognised forward, whilst Ryan Edmondson and Tyler Roberts have spent time with the first-team but do not have plenty of experience when it comes down to playing in the Championship.
The Elland Road outfit sent a number of their forwards out on loan earlier in the summer, whilst they allegedly decided against moves for the likes of Matej Vydra, Abel Hernandez and Jerry Mbakogu.
The likes of Lacina Traore, Giuseppe Rossi and Robbie Keane, as well as the Nigerian-Italian striker, are all free agents, however, if Hay is to be understood, it looks unlikely any of them will be at Leeds in the near future.
Bamford’s injury blow will come as devastating news to Leeds this season and will put Roofe under plenty of pressure to keep his form going throughout the season.
With all the forward players having been sent away on loan, and just the one addition being made, early fears that the club were looking light may now just be confirmed with their latest setback.
However, Edmondson and Roberts may have the perfect opportunity to get their chance in the first-team and prove to Bielsa that they deserve their place in the first-team.
