Leeds United have started to taste some success in the transfer window this summer as they prepare for the upcoming Championship season.
The Whites have seen Barry Douglas and Patrick Bamford both join on permanent deals, whilst Jamal Blackman, Lewis Baker and Jack Harrison have all arrived on temporary switches.
Marcelo Bielsa has been frustrated in the market at times, however, he will be pleased that he has managed to get some bodies in, although it appears that he would still like to bring in at least one more before the window closes.
According to Phil Hay, Leeds are thought to be in the market for a back-up centre-back as the Elland Road outfit need to bring additions to that area of the field.
they’re in for a back-up CB, not a first choice. Bielsa looks like going with Cooper and Jansson.

The Yorkshire Evening Post journalist also revealed in the same Tweet that Pontus Jansson and Liam Cooper are thought to be Bielsa’s first choice pairing.
Leeds would be right to look at bringing in a player at centre-back as they currently look incredibly thin in that position.
The Whites looked concerning at the back at times last season and there will be concerns with Cooper being at the back once again as he appeared to make a couple of errors throughout the season and was also sent off twice.
However, it appears Bielsa is happy with what he has seen from the pairing and is just looking to make an addition that can provide the cover when needed.
