Leeds United fans in the Transfer Tavern will be hoping the confirmation of Marcelo Bielsa will see the club move forward with their recruitment drive this summer.
The 62-year-old was confirmed as the new manager last week and the locals in the bar will be expecting him to make a number of changes to the side to give them the best chance of returning to the Premier League next season.
The Whites look set to lose a couple of players to Brescia in the near future, with the Yorkshire Evening Post claiming that Tyler Denton could head to Italy on a loan deal. The Serie B side – who are thought to be closing on an agreement with Marcus Antonsson – are owned by former Leeds chief Massimo Cellino.
The left-back has found his time at Elland Road largely frustrating as he had to cut a loan spell at Port Vale short due to family issues, and he could view a move across Europe as a chance to kick-start his career in a fresh environment.
The Leeds fans in the Tavern will know that the squad needs to be trimmed ahead of the Championship season and will not be overly concerned by the possibility of Denton leaving the club this summer.
