Leeds United fans would like to see a number of players come through the doors at Elland Road this summer as Marcelo Bielsa looks to guide the club back to the Premier League.
The 62-year-old is said to have been happy with the players he currently has on his books, however, he has also stressed he feels that he needs to add a couple of fresh faces come in through the Elland Road door.
However, one name that may not be joining up with the Whites is Capri forward Jerry Mbakogu, despite having been linked with a move to the Championship side ever since January, according to a report by TeamTALK.
It is believed that Bielsa has decided to against the option to bring the Serie B striker to the club following his struggles during the second half of the campaign. The 25-year-old suffered an injury, which stopped his goalscoring form and the new manager is concerned that he may not get back to his best.
The Leeds fans in the Tavern will not know what to think when it comes to a deal for Mbakogu, with suggestions that the club had already agreed to a deal for him back in January. The arrival of Bielsa would have already thrown a possible move into doubt, however, it now appears that it will not happen.
The locals in the Tavern will be waiting until 30 June, when the deadline for a deal to get done expires, to see whether the 25-year-old does eventually come to Elland Road or not.
