Leeds United continued their unbeaten streak at the weekend with a 3-0 over Norwich City.

Under Marcelo Bielsa's brand of high energy football, Leeds have taken the league by storm and currently sit joint top of the Championship.

The Argentinian manager has turned Samu Saiz and Kemar Roofe into top players while also improving the likes Kalvin Phillips. What has made Leeds' improved performances so impressive, is that Bielsa has worked with basically the same team that Thomas Christiansen had last season aside from new recruit, Barry Douglas.

In what was a surprise move, the impressive full-back joined Leeds on a three-year deal and has become one of the club's best players so far this season.

The Breakdown

Arguably one of the best players for Wolves last year, Douglas scored five goals in 39 appearances last season for the Championship-winning side.

Although he was the club's only permanent transfer, Douglas has turned out to be one of the best players for Bielsa.

Brilliant at going forward, and ideally suited to Bielsa's high energy style of play. At the weekend, Douglas arguably had one of his best performances for the club and got his first clean sheet for Leeds.

With so much emphasis placed on attacking full-backs, Douglas is going to be key in Leeds' attacking play this season, as proven by his involvement in Ezgjan Alioski's goal.

If Douglas, can replicate the 14 assists he registered for Wolves last year, Leeds could have a potential star on their hands this season.
