West Bromwich Albion could still see one of their players leave The Hawthorns this summer.
The Super Lig side are believed to be keen on the Belgium international and feel he could be a more viable option that Borussia Dortmund pair Shinji Kagawa and Mario Gotze, who are also on their wish list this summer.
Chadli is not believed to want to remain with the Baggies this season as he would like to play at the top-level and a move to the Turkish side could be exactly what he wants.
However, Darren Moore is not expected to let the 29-year-old leave the club easily, and with Besiktas considering to table a loan offer with an option to buy at a later date, a move to Istanbul could be off the cards at the moment.
It has been pretty clear over the summer that Chadli has not wanted to stay at West Brom following their relegation from the Premier League, with him admitting he and his agent would consider possible options as reported by the Birmingham Mail.
He is yet to feature for the Baggies since the beginning of this season, although there have been concerns about his fitness following a successful World Cup campaign with Belgium.
West Brom should look to offload him and a loan deal with a permanent option to buy could be the best way they can see him leave the club in the immediate future.
