Wolverhampton Wanderers fans playing darts in the transfer tavern are discussing reports suggesting they could be set to add to their attacking options during the transfer window.
The Daily Mail is reporting that the Black Country side are looking into potential deals to bring either Leeds United striker Chris Wood or Oxford United frontman Kemar Roofe to Molineux.
Wood only arrived at Leeds during the summer following a transfer from Premier League side Leicester City and has scored just three times in 12 games for the Yorkshire side.
As for Roofe he has been a star performer for Oxford this season helping the club to third place in League Two and started during the club’s third round win over Swansea City last weekend scoring twice in a 3-2 win over the Premier League side.
It is not yet known if Wood is available for transfer but Kenny Jackett could make an offer to test Leeds resolve as he looks for a replacement for Benik Afobe who was sold to Bournemouth.
Its suggested that Roofe could be available as long as Oxford are offered around £1.5 million and with the player being no stranger to the Birmingham area having began his career with West Bromwich Albion a move back to the area could hold an appeal to the 23 year old.
Out of the two strikers the Wolves fans in The Transfer Tavern would sooner Jackett made a move for Roofe as they have not been that impressed with Wood during his time with Leeds.
