Wolves agree deal with enforcer as they look to get ready for Premier League return

Wolverhampton Wanderers fans in the Transfer Tavern will still be celebrating their success of last season as they prepare for their first season back in the Premier League.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s side ran away with the Championship title and the locals will be hoping they can make a brave fight of top-flight football next year, with some of the punters in the bar looking for the club to battle hard to keep some of their star players.

According to the Daily Mail, the club are set to make Willy Boly one of theirs after an impressive loan spell from Porto. The 27-year-old was considered one of Wolves best player’s last season and the club are expected to complete a deal worth around £10million to make his stay permanent.

Landlord’s Verdict

The Wolves fans in the Tavern will be delighted that they have agreed to a deal to keep Boly at Molineux beyond the summer.

The 27-year-old, who chipped in with three goals during his 37 appearances last year, played a vital role in the club’s championship-winning efforts and the locals will feel he is crucial to their chances of remaining in the Premier League next year.

The punters will be looking for their side to replicate the success of Brighton and Hove Albion, Huddersfield Town and Newcastle United this season and Boly will go a long way in helping them to achieve their aims.
