Leeds United: Fans lash out at ever-present after statistics analysing his performances

Some Leeds United fans have lashed out at a player after statistics emerged taking a look at his more recent performances for the team.
Kiko Casilla has drawn negative attention from supporters after journalist Graham Smyth wrote an article highlighting his performances since the 3-3 draw at home to Cardiff City. Before the game against the Bluebirds, the Spaniard saved 82.5 per cent of the shots he had faced and made 4.7 saves per goal conceded. However, since that fateful game, he has a save percentage of 44.8 per cent and is making only 0.76 saves per goal conceded (via Yorkshire Evening Post).
One fan lashed out at Victor Orta and Andrea Radrizzani, while another labelled him ‘poor’.
1 & 9 both not doing it costing £70-80k a week or a minimum of £3,640,000 a year…..
And we wonder why the FFP is an issue dire recruitment from Orta & Radz

The article comes after his latest clanger in the 1-0 loss to Wigan Athletic, where he misjudged a deflected corner which looped in over his head. The Championship ever-present was lambasted by former player Noel Whelan, who claimed ‘you get what you paid for’ with regards to his performance against the Latics (via Football Insider), and some Leeds fans weren’t too keen on the former Real Madrid ‘keeper as they took to Twitter to react to the article. Here is a selection of tweets from the Elland Road faithful:
Decent sweeper but a poor keeper. Not worth his wages sadly and he’s on a stonking long contract. Not exactly great business FFP wise. ☹️

Ouch! Does make you wonder if his impending ban has played on his mind too? To add to the Cardiff, Birmingham and Millwall goals, the Sheff Wed goal was really poor too. GK in our team don’t face much due to our possssion, so concentration is important. Saves/coming for crosses.

What the hell is that for an excuse? “well, ignore any bad stats BECAUSE IT’S NOT EASY being a leeds player/gk”. Shambles.

Hopefully his ban kicks in soon and he comes back better for it. He’s been shocking recently
