Many Arsenal fans are delighted with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after a club fan account tweeted out his goal record.
A tweet from @AFTVMedia mentioned how Aubameyang has registered 49 goals in 75 games for Arsenal and is now just one shy of the 50-mark.
The 30-year-old joined Arsenal in January 2018 and has since gone onto be a vital part of this side. In just his first full season at the club, he was able to win the Golden Boot award for the Premier League, scoring 22 goals – the same as Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane.
So far this season, he has been in similar form. Despite now being 30, his goalscoring is not slowing up. In his eight matches so far this season, he has scored seven goals for the Gunners, with a big average rating of 7.15/10, according to WhoScored.
Lots of Arsenal fans responded to the post sharing their love for the Gabonese forward.
