- Ipswich Town v Cardiff City (5.20PM)
The NPower league leaders travel to Portman Road for the day’s late kick off. With the other 11 Championship matches all being scheduled for 3PM, Ipswich could find themselves in real trouble come kick off and won’t relish a game against in form Cardiff.
That said, a 1-1 draw at Brighton last weekend should have installed some much needed confidence into the Ipswich Town side and although Cardiff City look unstoppable at home, they have been vulnerable away, winning just one of four on the road so far.
The pressure is on Paul Jewell to start delivering results, and today would be the perfect opportunity to pick up that elusive first home win of the season, something I think they will achieve.
