Liverpool striker poised to join Premier League outfit on permanent deal, pre-contract agreed

Jerome SinclairThe Watford fans who are competing in a darts tournament in The Transfer Tavern this evening are discussing reports of them reaching an agreement with a new striker prior to a summer move.

Talksport is reporting that the FA Cup Semi Finalists have reached a pre-contract agreement with Liverpool youngster Jerome Sinclair with regards to a summer move to Vicarage Road.

Both Watford and Aston Villa were keen on the forward during the January transfer window with both making approaches for the youngster only to be put off my Liverpool’s £3 million valuation.

With Sinclair out of contract during the summer, the Premier League side have beaten off competition from other interested parties and the player will head south in the summer.

Sinclair has made just two appearances for Liverpool, and Jurgen Klopp is letting the 19-year-old leave the club after getting frustrated with the youngster and his representatives with regards to signing a new long term deal at Anfield.

The Watford fans in The Tavern are delighted with the news that Sinclair will be joining the club, and hope he is the first of many additions to the squad for next season!
