Manchester United should make a big money January raid on PSG for this attacking ace

Manchester United suffered midweek defeat in Europe this week to knock some of the shine off their Champions League campaign and give further glimpses that there are chinks in the armour of the Old Trafford outfit.

The Red Devils have been excellent in the main this season though, and our landlord here in the Tavern has been spending some time over by the dart board with some of the United fans discussing their season so far, and in the majority, they are a pretty happy bunch.

Jose Mourinho made some big additions in the summer, and Paul Pogba is really coming to the fore with his displays, with his return from injury a timely boost.

However, there’s still room for improvement in the United squad and one player who our landlord dropped into conversation this week was PSG and Brazilian winger Lucas Moura.

Signed for big money by the French club a few seasons back, Moura has seen himself dwindle out of the first team somewhat after another summer overhaul by PSG’s big spending owners, and he could well fancy a move in the build up to the World Cup in Russia in eight months time.

Moura is a player of cracking ability, and is simply too good to be sat on the bench on a regular basis. He bagged 19 goals last season to further enhance his reputation, while he also has over 30 caps already for his country at the age of 22.

A quality player, Moura would give United and their attacking play that added bit of zip and ability in the tight games.

Man U fans, what do you think? Good signing? Let us know in the comments!
