The punters here in the Football Transfer Tavern just can’t decide who is the most important out of this talented trio…
The Premier League is blessed with some of the most technically gifted attackers in European football – and in recent years they have proven themselves vital to their respective clubs.
There are regular debates here in the Tavern over who is the most important playmaker in the Premier League, and our landlord has managed to nail it down to just three.
The Arsenal fans are firmly behind Mesut Ozil, whilst the rest of the Tavern is split between Chelsea ace Eden Hazard and West Ham maestro Dimitri Payet.
Ozil has proven himself both domestically and internationally, and since arriving in London he has transformed the Gunners attack.
Eden Hazard, on the other hand, has had somewhat of a slow year; but he was absolutely vital to Chelsea’s title win during the 2014/15 campaign.
Dimitri Payet has had less time to impress, but he was one of the, if not the best player in the Premier League last season.
With that said: Ozil, Payet, Hazard: Which player is most influential?
