# Week In pictures – Ex-Man United star is human after all

It’s about time we found some evidence to suggest that ex-Manchester United and Real Madrid superstar David Beckham is in fact human after all.

The former England captain who is now at Paris Saint-Germain is held in such high regard across the world and can seemingly do no wrong.

But on his visit to China – the country where he is acting as an ambassador for football (obviously) he ended up falling in spectacular fashion when attempting one of his trademark free-kicks.

The midfielder ended up falling flat on his backside in front of a crowd of excited fans when attempting to execute a carbon copy of a free-kick that made him a global superstar.

The 37-year-old was able to see the funny side of the slip and casually laughed the incident off.

Perhaps its best to stick to wearing football boots rather than a suit and smart shoes when practicing dead ball situations.
