How well do you know West Brom's transfer business? First up, how much did Sam Johnstone cost in 2018? *Fees from Transfermarkt*

On Sunday, the Baggies were defeated 2-0 by Tottenham. The result sees them remain in 19th place in the Premier League table, 11 points adrift of safety (Sky Sports). Since Allardyce took over from former manager Slaven Bilic, the Midlands outfit have won just one from 11 matches (BBC).

West Brom’s next five opponents are Manchester City, Burnley, Brighton, Newcastle and Crystal Palace. Given that four from those five sides are in the bottom half, the Baggies must pick up a good haul of points to give themselves any chance of staying amongst the elite.

Should Allardyce be sacked?

“Might as well do it today then and get someone in who will buy into a 5 year plan on getting back up within 2 years and stable in the premier by the 5th year. It was done previously and could be done again with the right person. Not sure who but hopefully someone with ambition”

“He needs to go, bring in mozza and brunty until Michael Appleton can come in next season.”

“Just get rid of him now to be honest. We bottled the two six pointers, we’re gone and there’s no progress under him. Dropping Pereira yesterday shows we’re not in good hands whatsoever under this guy.”
