West Bromwich Albion fans have been reacting to the official reveal of the club's home shirt for the 2021/22 season.

As noted by Express and Star reporter Joseph Masi, the kit features a 'wider middle stripe of blue'.

It also has the words of the psalm 'The Lord's My Shepherd' embedded into it.

What's in store for West Brom?

The Baggies will don the new strip in the Championship after their return to the Premier League proved short-lived.

They amassed only 26 points over the course of the campaign, winding up a full 13 points adrift of safety.

The Midlands outfit have lined-up five friendlies in preparation for their latest promotion bid.

They will face non-league Woking, League One outfit Sheffield Wednesday and Premier League Watford as well as local rivals Walsall and Birmingham City before the end of July.

New manager Valerien Ismael then takes charge of his first competitive fixture away to last season's beaten play-off semi-finalists Bournemouth on 6 August.
